How long does shipping take?
Ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days. Preorder items each have different ETAs
How do I track my order?
You will receive email confirmation once your order ships
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns unless they are cosmetically defected from our supplier. All issues must be addressed within 3 days of receiving the order.
How long does it take to process my return?
In the event we accept a return, the refund is issued to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Most of our items are preorder; therefore, we do not have extras for exchanges.
